    The very Best IN SOME AREAS The very Worst IN OTHERS Perhaps the $10 hard copy would include little things like: Lists of Articles with page numbers. Lists of Commentary pages. Other misc. nice to have things to save time. Don't understand why things like that were omitted from the eBook IF they're in the hard copy. Otherwise if you've got lots of time, the bible translations and those notes and tags are very plentiful, and well done. That's it for me. Your humble Bible purchaser.

    I've had the hardcover version for some time now and needed an ebook version because my eyesight is getting worse. I purchased this thinking it would be exactly what I needed, but the footnotes and articles can't be resized or formatted. You basically have to pinch to zoom like you're reading a pdf. Unfortunately the font is way too small so that even when I zoom in, the text is hard to read. I'll be requesting a refund and look elsewhere.

    This edition works great on my iPad Mini. One small concern is that when I tap a word that has a link to this Bible's dictionary I can't find a direct way to navigate back to the Text. All other study references included allow you to go back directly. I find the text of HCSB very accessible yet maintaining the traditional rendering of key terms relating to the faith. 5 stars - highly recommended.

    I have been waiting for bible like this for a really long time. I have been into apologetics for over a decade, but never found a bible that incorporated apologetics into it. After reading the reviews about the problems people had I was very saddened because I really wanted it on my iPad. I, nonetheless, decided to take the chance and I'm glad I did! I have had zero problems with it and I look forward to studying my new bible.

    This one is not a uses friendly formatted, there are some bugs that can be worked on. And I would like to have the option in what position I can read my books, this one Bible book can only be read in the portrait position, I like reading in landscape position can this be fixed. This would make me so happy.

    After looking at the hard copy of this book in LifeWay Christian Stores, I was excited to find it available as an ebook. I failed to read the two earlier reviews which warned of the technical bugs in this book. I bought it immediately and encounter the same issues. Each time I have opened this book from my library, the iBooks app crashes and returns me to the home screen. I have restarted my iPad (which is one of the new 32GB WiFi iPads, so there shouldn't be a device issue to cause the crash) and the issue remains consistent. Simply, disappointing.

    The book has a bug in it that makes it unusable. Shortly after beginning to read, the book will crash and return me to the library or the home screen. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I purchased this book in june 2012 and it has a bug in it. When i open the book in ibooks, it immediately returns me to my home menu. I cannot read it! I have to find out how to get my money back.
